On Monday, November 2, Church Avenue will be closed between Sixth Street and Franklin Street. Ninth Avenue between Sixth and Franklin Streets will also be closed. The closures will be in place while the contractor completes underground infrastructure upgrades/improvements, retaining walls, curb and sidewalk, flat work and paving.
