The next project phase will be design and will be expected to take 18 to 24 months to complete. The Downtown Links CAC, neighborhoods and other stakeholders will participate in an extensive public process to identify and prioritize design and roadway elements such as bike lanes, the deck at Ninth Avenue, the 7th Street crossing, public art, pedestrian access, median width, landscaping, water harvesting and green spaces.
